₀₁ ﹒ general terms of service

￫ By commissioning me, you accept my terms of service listed on the page and invoice.
￫ You must be 18 years or older to commission me. I do not accept work requests from minors.
￫ My commissions are not first come, first serve.
￫ My work may not be used for NFT or Generative AI usage.
￫ I will not replicate a different art style or push my boundaries for the commission.
_{Furthermore, l not trace or heavily reference another artist's work.}
￫ Reference files must be submitted when sending the request. Please have a document or folder of your reference prepared beforehand.
￫ Please credit me properly when using my art. I do not allow reposts outside of my clients own reposts.￫ The expected turnaround time is normally 2-5 weeks after payment, and at most 3 months to complete. The expected timeframe may be adjusted depending on the schedule, commission type (such as large illustrations), and current work load/queue.
_{In the case of any delays or if my queue is full, i will contact you to re-negotiate the commission timeline to better accommodate you.}
￫ Let me know if the commission will be rushed, requires a deadline, or should be private as it may require additional fees.

₀₂ ﹒ payment terms

￫ All prices are in USD, and payment is accepted via Paypal Invoice - with the exception of Ko-Fi commissions.
￫ I have the right to decline or refund any commission I feel I may not be able to complete, or if I am uncomfortable with the commission process.
￫ Please be 100% sure and somewhat financially stable enough to commission me before sending me a request. Sending a request and ghosting me will result in a blacklist from my commissions.
￫ You may not file a dispute or chargeback at any time. If you attempt to file a dispute or chargeback when a refund is no longer available, you will lose all the rights to the commission work and you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
￫ Certain payment plans are available for commercial commissions only. The artwork will not be rendered until full payment is made.￫ In the sketch phase, you can make any changes needed so long as it fits the commission request.
￫ In the coloring phase, only colors and small details can be changed. Other changes may have an additional fee depending on the complexity.
￫ After the final rendering phase, I will not allow free changes to the artwork. There will be an additional fee per requested change.
￫ !!!You will not be charged if I make a mistake in the commission, but please notify me early on in the commission progress!!!

₀₃ ﹒ refund policy

￫ You can request a full refund if I haven't started your commission yet.
￫ You can request a 50% refund at the initial sketch phase if you'd no longer like to commission.
￫ In the coloring phase, you can no longer request a refund.
￫ If for some reason I cannot complete your commission, I will offer you a full or partial refund depending on the progress made.
